Jeff is a scientific programmer with expertise in numerous data visualization software packages as well as with the top GIS software (ArcGIS). With an M.S. in Atmospheric Science and 10 years of programming experience in the commercial sector, Jeff brings significant software engineering knowledge to ATMOS Research. Jeff also has considerable experience in the setup and maintenance of computer servers in the most commonly used operating systems.
